At R&R Brands, every piece is created to be loved. If your order doesn't feel right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery — no reason required.
Return Eligibility
— To qualify, your item must be —
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

- Used, worn, or damaged items (unless received defective)
- Items returned without prior approval from our team
- Sale items and gift cards
How to Return Your Order

- Detailed return instructions
- Our return address
- A prepaid, tracked return shipping label
- Carefully repack your item in its original condition.
- Ship the parcel using the prepaid label provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once confirmed, you may choose between:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, including original shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and bespoke reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you're unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.
To cancel, email info@rnrbrands.cloud — Subject: Cancellation + Order Number.
After 24 hours, orders can no longer be cancelled but remain eligible for return under this policy.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Standard return conditions apply: item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
